Main Priorities 2015-2016
Priority 1
Whole school assessment arrangements impact positively on teaching and learning.
Priority 2
Raise expectations and the rate of progress and understanding of basic skills in EYFS and KS1.
Priority 3
Increase the percentage of children achieving good and better progress in Reading, Writing and Mathematics across the school.
Priority 4
SEND Provision – ensure early intervention and effective teaching and monitoring. Increase the percentage of children achieving standards that are at least in line with National at the end of each key stage.
Priority 6
Develop the outdoor curriculum (planning, delivery and assessment) to meet the needs of all learners through engagement and cross curricular links.
Priority 5
Further improve attendance by working closely with families whose children are not attending school regularly.
