In Art and Design, we want children to have the confidence to ‘have a go’ at all aspects. We have purposefully built our curriculum around a range of media and processes, from mark making with pencil, charcoal, paint, pastels and crayon to experimenting with digital media, natural materials, printing, sculpting, sewing and creating 3D constructions and models. Our curriculum is designed to allow children to build their knowledge and skills each year and we place great importance on supporting classroom practice with extra-curricular visits and opportunities.
